i have a 29 ltd phillipines made model. it is transmitting on 19 when it shows 18. the recieve is out also. anyone seen this? |

Dakota,it sounds like maybe a bad mod job to me.
only guessing,not knowing if anything has been done to your radio.

the only known mods are a 220uf cap in jp36... the rx is dead also... |

sounds like a vco or pll problem to me. you need to 'sniff' out the freq of the vco and see if it shifts by .455mhz between tx and rx.....well..actually...you need to see if the vco is even running in rx mode 1st. |
