I posted this in Open Forum but maybe I can get a quicker answer here in the Amplifier Section I was curious if anyone on here had any specs on output power and what type of transistors are in them and how many. Also if they are any good. Any info would be greatly apreciated

I recently got a Palomar 250HD Lizard, stock it came with a pair of SD1446 transistors, I had it upgraded to the 2SC2290's, but when the work was done a relay was damaged in the process, so I had to pull the works and ship it back for repair, Nuts
