Should I run hard line with jumpers, straight 213? 214? or ??? Antenna will be mounted on pole mast alongside house with base of antenna at 36'.
I have one 7' copper ground rod, should I use more? Also what size ground wire should I run from the antenna to ground rod? From the mast to the rod? Is there a magic number for coax length for this application? (10 & 11 & 12 meters). I was just thinking around 60' of coax to give me a bit extra for some coils for a choke.

Stogie,
Use RG213 for the complete run.
Use only the amount of R213 that you will need from the Antenna to the Radio and maybe a couple of extra feet in case you decide to move your equipment inside your shack at a later date.
I have NEVER found any reason that I needed to make or use choke coils on any of the antennas that I have ever used.
If you have 1 Ground Rod then use it and you will be OK.
Use #1 Copper Ground wire from the Pole to the ground rod.
You can also use a smaller piece of #1 to ground from the Mounting plate on the IMAX to the mast using washers and a bolt thru the mast and use Pentrox / No-Lox on all connections.
Also Ground ALL of Your Equipment inside of your shack.

I use 213 on all my coax runs, and it has worked well for me too. I have had runs as long as 200ft with it.
