i found these links and was wondering if anyone here has ever tried any of these methods. i imagine this is mainly for tube radios, but since i own two, i am still interested. is there a practical way to do any of these to a solid state radio? any and all comments and input is welcome.

833, what did you think? were the results worth the eforts? what kind of radio did you do the mods to?
sorry for all the questions, but i think it would be really cool to make my 139xlr, or my 2000gtl sound different and better than the others in my town. thanks in advance for your answers.
anyone else out there interested in adding hi -fi audio to your rig?
matt
