The two driving tubes cherry when the amp is turned on with no radio in line.

Could someone tell me what is wrong and what is the fix

I suppose you do know for sure it has the right tubes for drivers. The reason I ask, i've seen used amps that someone had just stuck anything in that would fit the socket. The 300a should have 6LF6's or 6KD6's.

Yes it has 6kd6's and they are good , they work in my 350Z

Found the problem it was shorted tube and it took the neg bias to ground
I should have check all the tubes....feel dumb at this point...must have one blond hair left...HeHE
