Did you test the other two transistors with a DMM?

An Ohm meter will not work unless it has "diode check" built in , you need to bias the junctions to test them..

new jumper relay keys and what does the trimmer look like, and i figured out that my antenna was messed up when it quit. i fixed bad conection now 1.0 swr. but even after puting new transisters in it it will key no out put. somone told me there are diodes that are in the out put side that might be bad.sounds like to me that its somthing in the out put circut.i am pretty fair with radios but i never messed with a solid state amp till now
