I have a JCPenney 6247 and the meter is moving so its getting signal but no sound out of the speaker or ext. speaker and it will key up but no modulation. I am thinking its the Audio Chip. Its got a Toshiba TA705P in the radio and I found a Toshiba TA7222AP on EBAY. I was just wondering would the one on ebay would work in this radio even if the numbers are different or where could I get the Toshiba TA7205P. I really like this radio and would like to have it fixed. It has upper lower side band and upper and lower channels installed. Thanks for any help. |

Anyone have any ideas? Tech 808 what do you think? Will the Toshiba TA7222AP work in place of the bad Toshiba TA7205P if thats the problem. I can't seem to fine the part anywhere. |
