I have this radio and the last time it was hooked up I had almost no recieve at all, even with the squelch switch off and the knob all the way down. I got the radio for about $20 and I know it transmits good, just no recieve. it also had echo installed but I have taken that out thinking maybe it was a bad board but still no luck. is there anything I can adjust inside that might bring the recieve back up. would like to try before I pay someone to re-align the radio for me, just want to save a little money if I can and know what I am looking at before I send it off somewhere you know. thanks in advance for any info. also, if it helps this radio is a phillipine made unit. |
