cobra 25 gtl,one of the old philapeno(i know cant spell)models.Have a good shop go thru it and you will have a very loud talking radio,try the internet auction sites they always have a few of the older ones for sale. |

Yes it does need to be converted to work on the 11 Meter / CB Band.

Hey Capt_hook, just to let you know I have the 257 that I got from copper with the mod and I have heard nothing but praise from the audio and output of this little radio, and that's on am, not SSB where it really shines. |
