'black al capone' is a real nasty houston tx station, mostly on the super bowl & 26.835.... , may be a copy of the 'crow built' antenna of dr crow from the same freqs.
you know "jesse james dallas", & where to find him? that may be where to get more info. (if you don't know, e-mail me)
