Well, I got my Magnum Omega Force S45 today and I have already talked over 100 miles on it! This was direct from my station to another station in Lexington Tn. I'm in Booneville, Ms. The reports are great. I'm using a Turner Super SideKIck with it and being told I sound like a big base station. All I have is the Imax 2000 in a pine tree and the Omega Force.

And now let me tell you about the ears! The ears are incredible. I didn't know a radio could be this quiet. When the skip went out, this radio was quiet as a mouse. I talked to one guy who barely moved my meter. No one around here could even detect him. Pretty good ears, huh?

I like this radio. Another fine addition to my collection of radios.

I love it when you can hear someone way off and the guy next door cant hear a thing but static. They ask who in the heck are you talking to man!!! My 4800 with Imax 2000 is the same way.

The Omega IMHO is the best export in terms of price, features and performance with both it's quiet sensitive receive and dominating audio.
Glad you are enjoying it Mike.

Played around with the modulator last night and people were asking where do you get a radio like that? It sounds BIG!

I can't understand why Galaxy 95T doesn't add scan and memory? You'd think when you have to drop that kind of dough for a radio it would have it all, huh?
