ON THE BACK OF THE METER WHEN I STICK A TEST LEAD IN THE CENTER PIN @ ONE ON THE THREDS IAM GETTING CONTUNTY IS THIS RIGHT? or should I SEND IT BACK I ALL SO GET CONTINUITY AT THE ANT WHERE THER SHOULD NOT BE ANY. THANK YOU

what kind of antenna are you using?
the meter is probably OK. showing continuity on your meter is not unheard of and doesnt necessarily mean that it doesnt work.
what are your swr readings?
