Hi everyone, I received my Omega Force today. Everything on it is working great except the echo. Maybe I'm doing something wrong but all you have to do is turn the echo volume knob clockwise to turn it on, right? I hate to send it back But looks like im going to have to. Anything I could try before boxing it back up?

Also noticed that with the roger beep on it comes through the speaker even when the AMT is turned all the way down. Its extremely loud in AM but just right in SSB/FM modes. Is this normal also? Thanks again!
