Hello, what I have is a cobra 148 gtl and a texas ranger fc 390. I solder the wires in just like the instructions told me to do and double checked my work. I turned on the frq. counter and radio and it reads 45mhz in the 27 mhz area. I looked at the instructio again and had seen I needed to do a JP1 solder jumper in the frq. counter. This where the real problem begains, the freq. counter I have is different then the instructions. The insrtuction shows EPT210014C board. What I have is EPT 210014D. I did not see a JP1 jumper unless it is on the bottom of the board. If anyone has info on this I would be greatfull if you could share it with me. I did go back to the radio shop where I bought this freq. counter. They look for info but could not find anything as well. A week has went by and I had herd nothing from them. They have there money now so I guess, it's in there best intrest to give me the run a round on it. You can contact me at ace50252@direcway.com and thank so very much in advance!!!
