How much slide does a Galaxy DX-55v actually have
i have been told +/- 6-7 khz's ,"I could only hope!!"
This would be great because i normaly talk on the Even numbered channels, for instance like 26.770 mhz, if it does not slide this far how can i modifie it to do so ???????

Wareagle,

That's all the slide you are going to get out of it regardless. Yes it is enough to reach the "0" channels. My 99 goes 6 Khz down and 8 Khz up.

my 2950DX, 2990DX, 2985DX, 2970DX slide to the "0" channels,,,,,,,,,,,oh wait,,,,,,nevermind LOL
