Will this work??

1= remove d-18,r110,c131,and r-112
2= put a jumper where r-110 was
3= take orange wire from delta
tune&unsolder it from the board,then
resolder it to a constant 8 volt dc
supply(for instance to tr 23 "closest
pin to front of the board" in the
uniden this would be q- 23")
4= you should slide 5-6khzs up and down
(for more slide change d-16 to a IN-4007
diode)

WILL THIS WORK,I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO KNOW!!!!!!!

if it does do you do the exact same thing to both radios,and does it give you 40 up and 40 down

Yes it works just fine. Use the 1N4007 it will give you a full 10KHz in a least one direction so you can have the "A" channels. It takes a little tuning to get it right.

Yes same mod for both radios, but it is not a channel mod. Watch for different part numbers between the 29 & 76/78
