1) How long should the coax be going to my paint can dummy load? and should it be grounded to the single point too?
2) I have a line isolator I am going to put at my antenna feed. How long should the jumper between the line isolator and antenna feed be?
3) How long should the jumpers be between the radio/tvifilter > meter > amp > meter > polyphaser?

How far away are the devices from the source? Start with that. It would be troublesome if they are shorter 
I run the length of Coax needed to get from point A to point B while retaining a decent radius for turns, etc. I have never had a problem. Inside the shack the antenna feed is a little longer to facilitate moves and such.
And sure, you can ground the load, I don't but it can't hurt

Do a GOOGLE SEARCH for Ham Radio Equipment and check the sites for Dummy Loads or Oil Filled Dummy Loads.
