I have apparently a very old Magnum Delta Force 10 / 11 meter mobile. It does not have the " modification selector board " in the rear of the unit , and several small other things that I need answers to --

*** the digital s / rf meter only works in transmit ( regular meter works ok )

* AMT apparently does not work at all ( no talkback )

*** no owners manual, so how do you program in memory channels ?

*** 6 pin mike wiring diagram

it talks good and hears good, it just has those 4 small situations ( mostly NO TALKBACK at all ).

can you help...I left a message in one of these sections yesterday with the wrong name of the radio ( I called it a magnum millenium ) and read an answer, then I made a post of correcting the name of the rig and I cant find any of the thread now. ?

Robert

What you have there is the 1st generation Delta.
To convert/channel those you have to remove the faceplate (and knobs) and remove a resistor(SMT)!
The digital meter DOES only work on TX.
Microphone pin-out is the same as the current Delta and the Omega both.
The info is out there on the web;just gotta search and find it.If I could,I'd scan and email
a page I have from when mine was done, but I'd have such a headache trying! If all else fails
let me know and we'll give it a shot!
