Does this diameter of coax require a reducer or is the diameter the same as the inside of a pl259?

Boxcar,

NO reducer is needed with RG8 or RG213, you ONLY need a reducer with the RG8X Mini Coax.

NO REDUCER NEEDED JUST PUT IT ON AND SOLDER IT DOWN

OK, Isn't LMR-400 bigger than RG-8? What kind of PL-259 is required for that?
