I was given a Uniden Grant xl, the owner said it caused severe bleedover when used with any amp. Upon inspection I discovered ssb power did nothing same with amc control. Can someone tell me the limiter locations and thier value?

Ummm..Most likely if it is the older version , TR-24 and it is near the front right corner. Transistor is a 2SC945.
