I have a146 gtl that will key up but no modulation . The frequency is way off on transmit and recieve is fairly close .It also produces a real high dead key on side band.Iwas wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if it could be fixed. Thanks

The SSB Balanced Modulator circuit is at fault OR one of the LO's (local oscillators) is not running.
