The driver element is a 1/2 wave dipole.

NORMALY beam elements are

Reflector .52 wave start on boom
Driven elm .50 wave .15 to .25 wave from start on boom
Director .47 wave .3 to .5 wave from start of boom.

No Crackshot the element is a grounded 1/2 wave diople fed at a 50 ohm point on the element via a gamma match device.
