this is a cobra 25ltd classic, it has no output...no chnl display and VR2 is fire hot to the touch...replaced r84 and tr16 to no avail...help

bad cap???

dead short???

any other simptoms???

any black or fried resistors????

does the audio transformer apear to be melted???
