Does anyone know anything about this radio? I understand it's made by Ranger :}. It looks the same as a Connex 4800.
Stock from the factory, would the coarse clarifier change transmit and receive and the fine only change receive? |

NOTE!
The 6 push buttons on the SS158EDX are located to the RIGHT of the 6-Digit Frequency Counter unlike the 4800DXL which has them located to the LEFT of the 6-Digit Frequency Counter.

Sounds like it's the same radio as the Connex, with the exception of where some buttons are....
After the nice description of the radio I was waiting for a link to where you can buy it at Copper! I guess not though.
