I have a brand new 3300 hp and the echo worked for about a week. Now it goes in and out and sometimes does not work at all. Can this be solved by a tech at a shop or what |

Heavy1964,
If you bought it brand new it should be covered under the Factory Warranty.
Check your Owners Manual and it should give you contact information for Warranty Repairs.

Thanks. I bought it from a CB shop and the tech tuned it and peaked it for me as part of the purchase price,I then took it to the shop that I normally do business with to check it out. Now I am wondering if I took it back to where I bought it will they exchange it since I allowed someone else to open it up. |

The only way the original shop would know is if they put a seal on the outside that has to be broken to open the radio. A broken seal voids the warranty. |
