I have done a search without much success. My older 148 cobra gtl has a sticking meter. Any ideas on how to free it up?

IF IT DOES NOT FREE UP JUST FROM USING, THE BEST THING TO DO IS REPLACE IT.

on the bottom(or is it the top?) of the meter...there is a set screw. turn it back and forth a bit(but try not to leave it in a differant position when threw)
this frees up most sticky meters i come across. |

This worked perfectly, turned the little screw back and fourth and watched the needle, it seemed to jump free.
