I have a cd-44 rotor and control box. It is and eight wire. On the bottom of the rotor the plate where the wires connect is not there. I would like to put another plate on it and see if it works or get it fixed if it does not work. I do not know which wires go to the proper #...Just wondering if anyone knows which color goes to which number?

Try a search for Norms rotor repair. They work on CD-44/HamII rotors and control boxes at reasonable prices. They also answer your questions on the phone and have parts for sale.

I think that the post on the rotor match up to the post on the control box. post one is post one on both.
