hello teck, i no we have been thru this before, but i think ive a couple of questions not allready covered?? ok, if a person could reinforce the boom to spreader mounts somehow, wood this not help?? if you could put a nut inside the boom and then screw the spreader suport to both the boom and nut, wood this help?? then maybe put some of the liqued alumnum paste in stratgic areas?? another thought was to put ell brackets from the boom to support pipe?? on the wires that are pre assembled??, do you think either resoldering them or maybe wraping the ends with small copper wire then soldering them wood help?? thats the two things i see that happens to be the weakest places of the quad?? also while doing the above, replace all hardware with stainless steel?? i dont no how the wire attaches, but in looking at the picture, it looks like it's screwed in?? if a person wood drill a hole of same diameter and put a bolt and lock nut in place of, then seal the theard on the other side of the nut with finger nail polish or even use lock tight, this could help?? thanks for looking at this, as im thinking of the lighting 4+ as i do like the longer boom dementions?? thanks
