I'm going with the Imax 2000. With the feedpoint at 20 foot, would I benefit from the GPK, Also I read on here somewhere but can't seem to locate it now a post about bending the tabs on the GPK. Any replies are greatly appreciated..

I was the person that posted about bending the radials up on the GPK.

At 20 feet to the feedpoint, you will notice a minor improvement with the GPK.

I found that by bending the radials up so they hung down only about 30 degrees from horizontal, maximum benefit was acheived.

Thanks Tech833,
For a minor improvement, as opposed to the cost. I think I'll skip on the GPK. You seem to be the "man" with the answers when it comes to ant's.. Keep up the good work

Paul,

I have my iMAX-2000 also at a 20' feed-point.

I have had the GPK sitting in my garage since I got it about 4-5 months ago. Bent upwards at a 30` angle, being that I already have the GPK, would it be worth the time to install it?

Draft,
After you install it, would you let me know how it performs. Also if you see much of a difference in tx and rx or swr change.
