The M1104 is a 6 lead Motorola transistor that is expensive and not easily obtained and around $60-70 if you can find them.

Hope this help's,

Brain, I am 99.9% sure that the m1104 is the same transistor as the sd1446 transistor. I have been told that the sd1446 is a direct drop in replacement. The sd1446 is way cheaper and so much more easily available than the scarce and exspensive m1104.
Hope I could help.
