In-line Calibrated RF Ammeters.
Is this type of meter worth buying?
Examples: MFJ-834 or MFJ-836 model

They have specific uses. As an SWR meter, they are next to worthless. As an ameter, they are priceless.

It is common to monitor the RF amps in the base of AM BCB towers. Called 'base current'.
No ego, no signature line.
