I need to get a power supply for these two mobiles. I have read the post of about the Triplite power supply that Copper sales. Everyone seems to like them. I'm not sure what amps the Galaxy requires. Would the Triplite 50 amp be enough or would I need to go with the 60? What about Pyramid PS 365 KX? I like the look of Pyramid but not much good things said about them. Does anyone know if the Triplites have a built in fan? These power supplies may be over kill but who knows what's to come. Thanks

My 95 t pulls about 10 amps on AM. 18 or so SSB. I would get a 30amp and you should be fine.

Like a lot of radio stuff, you might want to aim high, especially when selecting your power supply. You never know what you might need down the road. My peaked 95T pulls almost 30 amps on SSB when cranked and even with the Pyramid PS-36 I now wish I went a little higher.

Buy the biggest power supply you can afford is what I always say!
A 10 or 12 amp PS will work with an S-9.
Canal diggers' 95T pulls 30 amps so I would want to have at least a 40 amp supply for it.
I would go with the TrippLite PR-60 from Copper and be done with it. Both radios will work just fine sharing the same PS. Just one radio at a time though.
KEEP IT REAL!
