It all depends on who you talk too on which antenna is best. I've had Monkey Made and it performed about as well as my Wilson Silver load whip. I've had both Wilson 2K and 5K and they performed well also. I've had Francis, 102", Tiger, Fire-Stix, Hustler, and 7 foot skip Shooters which I have co-phased currently on my Jeep and they work well also.
Hopefully one of the big truck guys will chime and tell you what's worked for them. I know I have seen all of the above antenna's on Semi's, maybe that is what a cab over is I don't know.
The main thing is to ground everything, and even ground things that are already grounded, it won't hurt. If it's a Fiberglas cab then you definitely need good grounding. On my Jeep I added around 12 new grounds of various types. So anyway, you might even do a search to the left and put in cab over in the search box. It may turn up something.

GROUND GROUND!!!!!!!!
I am using a Hustler with a ground plane added to it. Have ran 700 watts through it with no problems. Although if your ground to the mirrors are not proper then your can put all the wattage you want through and you will get nothing more then a poor output. Once Again as Wildrat has said it is not the antenna yet the amount of ground you obtain!!!!!!!!!!
