A while back ,I was reading an article here on one of the forum topics about a homebrew rf isolator or, if you will a sort of a choke that keeps feedline radiation down to a minimum.It was not the typical coaxial choke, it involved I think some ferrite beads and some PVC tubing.It was a very good article but I haven't been able to locate it. Does anyone remember anything about this , I would really like to check it out again

Any ferrite material that responds to the frequency of interest can be placed over the coax to limit RF down the outside of the cable.
