I need to know what does what. What to turn and what not to turn. Any info would help, but my main concern is the modulation adjustment and power adjustment. I had some info on the radio in question, but have lost the paperwork. Thanks! |

Your radio has the ept6900 board, so the info should be the same for your rig.
Congratulations on that new 4800dxl! I have a Galaxy Dx2517(Same board, same manufacturer-RCI) with several of the enhancements covered in that link, and it is terrific performer. I had the AF amp and Vregulator changed, and the AM detection and NB diodes done, and the receiver transistor swapped for a higher gain, lower noise transistor. Then a complete alignment and tuneup and CQ DX!!! |

Well last night the skip was LOUD. But I had a few locals tell me how the radio sounded. And all reports were top notch. So today I am going to try to talk some skip. Should be fun! |
