I received the box quickly through the mail and in good condition. I've not done any serious test on the little amp other than hook it up to a stock Bearcat 980SSB. The little Astatic watt/swr meter shows a dead key of about 30 watts but have no clue what the swing is as of yet. On side band which is my main interest the amp seems to be peaking up to the advertised 60 watts, maybe a little more. I plan on hooking up the Dosy later to get a better idea of what's going on. I don't need a lot of power, just a boost, bit of a kick and the amp certainly does that.

Excellent for the money! I bought this little guy to go with a new 29 classic to use as a base station. After tuning the radio and installing a swing kit, the radio dk 10 and swings to 40 watts. I get nothing but good reports from all over the airwaves. Great investment!
