A99-CK Ant. + GPK-1 Kit

Purchased my second Antron 99, These things work great!! Excellent SWR and holds up in the wind great.

LOVE IT!!! I'M TALKING WHEREVER I NEED TO, IT'S UP ON A 35 FT PUSH UP POLE WITH EXTRA PIPE USING GUY WIRES ATTACHED TO MY HOUSE UP ON A HILL WITH AN OLD RCI 2950, I DO HAVE THE GROUND PLANE KIT WHICH I BELIEVE HELPS WITH MY RECEIVE SINCE I'M TALKING TO GUYS 45 MILES AWAY IN THE HILLS OF WEST VIRGINIA. I RECOMMEND THIS ANTENNA FOR ANYBODY NEEDING A INEXPENSIVE ANTENNA TO GET STARTED. I WAS SILENT FOR 22 YEARS AND LOVE THIS SET UP, YEARS AGO I HAD A SHAKE-SPEAR BIGSTICK, I THINK THIS IS JUST AS COMPATIBLE

Owned the real Antron A99, in the ol days. Now it is a Solarcon Antenna, not as good. Lot of confusion. The A99 is Antron, no longer in business. The Solaron is currently made, not the same animal. If you have an original hold on to it, worth some money. These new are not as good. There are people and companies out there a who ordered and kept a lot of the original Antron model, which date back to the late 80's early 90's.

Received my A99 and gpk today along with nt CCA-400 coax all came well packaged and shipping speed was great thank you copper ......A99 great antenna I had one for 15 years never had a problem I moved homes left old one only reason I had to but a new one

I did not get a grown plain kit with it, but the A99 that i have works great!! Being in a good location, it works good for local and dx range. Yet again, you have got a great product!!
