have had mine since back in the 90's. have ran 2970's 6900Ftb built cobra's Supper stars and car stereo's off it. put it in storage for 14 years pulled it out a few months ago. it is now running my shop stereo and 400 w amp. soon to have my antenna and a radio back on the air as well. meters stopped working but removed the old one made a flat plate replace the voltage with a round digital and a 2USB plug out 5 volt 2.1 amp charger with voltage meter as well. I added another switch for meters and radio power as radio needs a power always on to keep its memory. I can turn that switch off and let the power stay on to the unit to keep memory in radio.
I've been running this power supply on 100 watt ham radios for 5 years and still going strong. All the power needed to support all 100 watts no problem. I've used it with a 200 watt ham radio with same results, no problem! This is not a switching power supply. Voltage adjustment is user friendly, external.
