I may add that its a very strong antenna as we just had 60mph wind gust and didn't effect it at all.

Purchased one and it was easy enough to put together. It came missing the screw for the egg beater so I got one from a hardware store and Immediately started talking skip and getting great comments. Swr was just about flat 1. I just wish it could hold more power but I am totally pleased for the most part. Still barefoot and happy.

i got this antenna during the winter and last weekend may2 ,09 i got it up
this antenna once i understood the directions was pretty simlpe to get together
i always had the simple fiberglass antennas and this antenna isnt much if any harder
to assembly.the swrs were a breeze if assembled right using the top whip with the round
egg beater the whip was pre marked on how far to insert whip.simple enough.
swrs on 11 meter are 1.2 on 1 and 1.1 on 40.and only a 1.2 into 10meters.
performance is very close to the imax2000 it replaced recieve is slightly better
less noise.anyone wanting a allumin groundplane i highly reccomend this one
