The only problem I have had with the A-99 is that the fiberglass starts to deteriorate after about 10 years. The elements break it down. But they are so inexpensive that I would gladly put up another one to replace it. It costs more to place the thing way up high in a tree then it does to purchase it.

Ok some of you who live in a townhouse I am using a A-99 in my attic it is good on Dx-ing

Awesome antenna, I am a ham and this antenna preforms great for me on 10 meters, 11 meters, 12 meters 15 meters and 17 meters without any tuner!!!
